In November of 2022, Shake Shack came to Baton Rouge. The loveable and hugely popular quick service burger brand began in New York City and swept its way across the East Coast. Their rapid expansion finally brought them to Louisiana’s Capital City. Our job – to tell the world and get folks excited (and eat a lot of burgers in the process)! Our four-month public relations campaign involved extensive strategic planning, targeted media outreach and creative events. On opening day, Shake Shack welcomed hundreds of customers, influencers and VIPs and received TV, print, and radio coverage from every local media outlet.
