Feigley Communications, a full-service marketing and communications agency, is seeking a Social Media Manager responsible for providing strategic support for social media message development and management to achieve client growth and goals. The Social Media Manager works to understand clients’ short and long-term objectives and assists with researching, planning and implementing solutions via social media to drive their business.
Feigley Communications provides clients with branding strategy, marketing plans, digital and traditional advertising, comprehensive social media management, public relations, website design, video production and more. The Social Media Manager will work seamlessly with other members of the agency to implement initiatives that help generate awareness, sales and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize messaging and content development for social media accounts representing multiple clients
- Effectively implement and execute all areas of social media campaigns for clients, maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice across all channels
- Engage with social media audiences by communicating with followers and responding to comments in a timely manner
- Create, monitor and report on paid social promotions and advertisements
- Responsibly manage clients’ social media budgets
- Analyze social posts, identifying trends, and use data to help inform decisions
- Create monthly reporting performance updates
- Utilize and maintain agency systems of project management, time tracking, and social media management
- Potentially work with clients to gather information, gain approvals, and provide deliverables. A high level of customer service and follow through required
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in social media management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
Skills/Requirements:
- Social media experience: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Highly self-motivated individual
- Strong organizational and analytical skills a must for success
- Adapt to changing situations; ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple priorities

Copywriter

Feigley Communications, a full-service marketing and communications agency, is looking for someone with excellent writing and research skills to be our full-time, in-house Copywriter. As a member of the creative team, the copywriter will write and edit content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the account and design teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging. Responsibilities:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
- Raise the bar continually for writing fresh copy that connects with a desired audience and drives action
- Be adept at varying the voice, style, and other characteristics of messaging based on the industry, company or target audience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communications and client-related industry trends
- Stay current on the appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent messaging
- Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts for execution with assigned brands
- Research and understand a client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts and in-person meetings
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials
- Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of final product
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team — and to client representative when requested — and participate occasionally in client pitches
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
- Three or more years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work
- Agency experience preferred
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
- Experience with Basecamp a plus

Responsibilities include:
- Serve as client lead and work with clients to gather information, gain approvals, and provide deliverables. A high level of customer service and follow through is required.
- Create project plans and timelines for all projects and manage marketing projects to the agreed deadlines and to the client’s satisfaction
- Manage client marketing and communications initiatives including: traditional and digital marketing campaigns, website development, social media, public relations, Google Ads and video production
- Responsible for strategic planning and forecasting related to account management
- Develop and manage account budgets, prepare estimates and cost proposals, and support billing process
- Source and manage various service providers in support of projects, including digital media vendors, printers, copywriters, etc.
- Write press releases, blog posts or social media copy for clients and/or agency as needed
- Create monthly (or weekly, as requested) reporting performance updates
- Conduct research in support of marketing campaigns or business development
- Utilize and maintain agency systems of project management, time tracking, social media management, etc.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in account management, marketing and communications, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
- Agency experience preferred
