In the post-covid era where people need a trusted source for reliable vaccine information, the Immunization Program of the La. Office of Public Health was looking for a partner to bring them front and center. FC answered the call! Starting from the bottom up, our team developed a programmatic rebrand that focused on the most important benefit of immunizations – building stronger immunities allows us to build stronger communities. This year-long effort focused on updating the program’s communication platform to be more approachable, informational and resource-driven. This process included a comprehensive website overhaul, creation of easy-to-understand assets, a podcast and educational campaigns that centered on providing Louisianans a trusted resource for their vaccine-related questions.
