When LSU Continuing Education marked its 100th anniversary, it partnered with Feigley to help create a centennial worth remembering. The FC team developed a marketing plan heavy on PR and highlighted by a major special event at Tiger Stadium. With an impressive track record that included 2.1 million enrollments during its history and 81% enrollment growth over the past four years, FC secured an advance exclusive feature story with The Advocate that appeared digitally and on the Sunday Business section cover of all three print editions in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Lafayette. FC also coordinated a WAFB-TV morning show segment that was syndicated to stations in more than 80 markets across the US.

In addition, the FC team worked closely with our client to plan its signature anniversary event for faculty and staff, business partners and stakeholders, and it featured national championship-winning former LSU Baseball Coach Paul Mainieri as the guest speaker. A complementary campaign on LinkedIn by major business partners further amplified news of the centennial and reached additional audiences that were prime targets for the program’s award-winning continuing education services. The campaign generated more than 13 million impressions through nearly 100 news story placements and generated extensive awareness to propel the growth trajectory on a continuing upward path.
